We look forward to show you EM's Method of explosive, speed, strength and agility training. Just fill out the form below and a coach will confirm your appointment by email or phone shortly.
What you will need:
Wear comfortable workout clothes, including shorts or sweats, running or cross-training shoes and a comfortable shirt (tanks are fine).
Eat before your workout - typically 1 hour or more before your workout (don't come in with an empty stomach)
Be ready to work - this is not a 'health club' workout, your entire body will be taxed and trained for power and explosiveness
An EM Trainer will be guiding you through your entire workout - teaching proper mechanics for all sports performance movements.
