EM Programs
Hypermass
Athletes needing Explosive Strength and Muscle Mass. EM's Hypermass program combines explosive lifting and mass building to give athletes larger, more explosive muscles without losing flexibility

G-Force
More advanced athletes needing straight ahead (linear) speed, greater explosion from a standing start (out of the hole) and a more powerful drive phase. EM's G-Force program will test your limits and push you to the next level of explosive speed.

Zero-Gravity
More advanced athletes in jumping sports needing a more explosive vertical jump and lateral movement. EM's Zero Gravity program promotes true explosive jumping through tested, results oriented plyometrics and resistance
training.

 


EM VIDEO AND MOTION ANALYSIS offers a scientific look at your individual form. We break you down frame by frame, at a rate of 60 frames per second, to analyze your form and mechanics to find ways that will improve your speed, strength, agility, hitting, pitching, fielding, bio-mechanics and strength movements not visible to the naked eye (at regular speed). The actual analysis is completed by a certified or professional coach that understands the body mechanics, form and technique that will help identify mechanical and habitual problem areas and give you a better chance at success in your particular sport.  You will never look at your training the same again.

Evaluation
We track your athletic improvement through serial performance testing. We use NCAA based performance tests that track key areas of strength, speed, agility and explosiveness. We also use video analysis to track your form, technique and mechanical improvements.

Speed
Based on your individual sport, we test your speed in all directions for time to track your progress.

Strength
Evaluations are done for strength in all aspects of functional strength to help keep you improving.

Agility
EM uses NCAA testing to track your progress in 'change of direction’ movements.

Video Analysis
EM uses ‘serial’ video analysis to track your form and mechanics in all aspects of athletic performance.

Laser Timing
EM uses manual and laser timing for accuracy to emulate showcase and combine situations.

Explosiveness

EM’s NCAA testing is used to measure explosiveness in your sports specific movements.
