EM Programs
Hypermass
Athletes needing Explosive Strength and Muscle Mass. EM's Hypermass program combines explosive lifting and mass building to give athletes larger, more explosive muscles without losing flexibility

G-Force
More advanced athletes needing straight ahead (linear) speed, greater explosion from a standing start (out of the hole) and a more powerful drive phase. EM's G-Force program will test your limits and push you to the next level of explosive speed.

Zero-Gravity
More advanced athletes in jumping sports needing a more explosive vertical jump and lateral movement. EM's Zero Gravity program promotes true explosive jumping through tested, results oriented plyometrics and resistance
training.

 


EM for younger athletes is intense, but we keep it fun - working hard on coordination, agility, speed, functional strength, balance and reaction skills. Our younger athletes learn the correct form and technique for running, jumping, lateral movement and explosive strength. They will build a strong base of 'muscle memory' to keep solid mechanics as they grow older. We start athletes at 10 years old and older, but will assess younger athletes based on maturity and functional strength.  

All EM Athlete/Trainers are ex-Professional or College athletes AND Certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine, have a degree in Kinesiology or another certification from a sports medicine governing body to insure safe and proven training practices - not just an internal company certification.

We evaluate our young athletes often to check their progress and analyze how they are progressing toward our combined goals. Together we get our young athletes to an athletic level that will surprise you, coaches and the other parents watching the game.
